Basic Strategy

Home List Ads offer a list of homes targeted to a specific buyer type.

We've provided examples ads you can copy and paste for your use, however, know that you can expand on the strategy and create other lists for whatever you'd like.

Individual Listing Ads 2 Lessons

Basic Strategy

Listing advertisements are used when you want to promote a specific listing. 

When running these ads, it's best to excite with photos that highlight the best features, however, you want to be vague with any info that would disqualify the home. 

The reason is because you want them to opt-in and become a lead before getting all the information, some of which, may have disqualified the home and caused them not to complete the lead form.

Basic Strategy

A buyer guide is a good way to identify people who have a serious interest in buying a home. 

The most important thing to remember is that you need to be very specific in the problem you're going to solve. Meaning, this should not be a PDF of your regular buyer presentation. It should be a quick and easy to consume with a headline that plays into the fears or desires of your prospect.
